All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

Offering free fitness facilities, free refreshments 24 hours a day and free WiFi, this hotel is located in Berlin’s popular Hackescher Markt area. Alexanderplatz is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was really nice. It was clean, had all the facilities and took our trip to the next level. Our room was very spacious. We loved the design of the shower and the blinds allowed us to have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, the free snack bar on the 7th floor of the hotel was very good. Sandwiches, soft drinks, fruits, coffee, tea, croissants, banana bread etc. were free of charge. Of course the view was also very nice. It was also nice to have free umbrellas available in the lobby.

Stílusos szoba, luxus színvonalú termálfürdő és Berlin városára nyíló csodálatos kilátás várja a Mandala Suites hotel vendégeit. We were staying in the hotel for 5 days in October 2023. It was a family trip, combined with a business trip. We were with a child aged 3 y/o in the hotel. The hotel was outstanding. The location is just a few blocks away from one of the most famous sightseeing sites in Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie, and just 20 meters away from the underground station (metro). The transportation to and from the hotel was easy as you like. There are a lot of coffee shops and bakeries around, so even if you don't have breakfast included (we didn't), you have the chance to choose from a lot of things. There is a supermarket in a mall, like 100 meters away, REWE and Penny, you could even do some daily shopping. In the hotel building, just downstairs on the parter, there is one of the most famous Berlin and German restaurants - Maximilian's. The restaurant is with great traditional German cuisine and of course - great German beer. The staff is very friendly, even though they are not 24/7 on site. But they are very likely to help you via phone call. Our child was feeling great, because the room was extraordinary large, like an apartment. There was 2 big separate rooms with little kitchen, big hall with separately bathroom and WC. You have so much space for everything. And also you have a little balcony, which you can go out on and have some fresh air or a cigarette. Also the rooms are kept very clean.

Staff were friendly, and helpful, especially in restaurant and bar, and made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast was a highlight. The spa was wonderful, skilled and friendly staff. Just very professional, top notch service and attention, in a very beautiful and elegant hotel. And great location, easy to get to and from.

The location was perfect for us because we were traveling from Denmark to Poland and needed a good hotel somewhere near the highway to Warsaw. This hotel was located about a minute drive from a highway exit, so we did not lose any time that we would have lost if for example we stayed in Berlin and had to enter the city. Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

Éjszakánként akár MXN 2 376-értReggeli nem volt az árban, de a földszinten van egy kis kávézó, ahol reggelizni is lehet. Az apartmanban minden nap feltöltötték a kávé kapszula és tea filter készletet és palackos ásványvizet is készítettek be. A városközpontban található, 3 percre a Potsdam tértől mégis nagyon csendes hely. Rövid sétával elérhető a Brandenburgi kapu, a Berliner Philharmonie, a Sony Center, a Casino, a Mal of Berlin. Az U Bahn megállója az épületben van. Nagyon kényelmes az ágy és a fürdőszoba is. Jól felszerelt és nagyon tiszta szállás.
