Quite place. With luck got room having another door to view sunrise. Room, outdoor and pool was clean. 5min walk to nearby restaurant, bakery and takeaway even though a restaurant in next to villa but they don't do takeaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. Located in a prime area, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city's attractions, dining, and shopping. Walking distance to Fira. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant yet serene, providing the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service, particularly from Maria, the receptionist. From the moment we arrived, Maria went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm and welcoming manner made us feel right at home. She made us an amazing breakfast every morning and added anything we wanted to. Also She provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities and was always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. The hotel itself boasts modern, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities one could ask for. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend Emeral for anyone looking to stay in a prime location with outstanding service. A special thank you to Maria for making our stay memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!

A couple is running this hotel. They are super nice and sweet. I requested a double room with sea view if possible, and they offered me exactly what I needed. Good location, closed to Katerados bus station, 10 mins to Fira bus station on quite a flat road. I could also ask the bus driver from the airport to Fira to stop in front of the hotel, which is really convenient if you had a tired flight before. On the last day after checking out, I could leave my luggage in the hotel until 8 pm. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have a bar or breakfast service. Overall, with such a price, this hotel is beyond my expectations. Highly recommend 👌

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and had everything you need. Kettle, hairdryer, fridge shampoo, shower gel etc. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was fab and pool beds comfy.

Perfect location! This hotel is literally only a few steps away from bus stop, supermarket and lots of restaurants. Also has couple of cafes one of which is 24/7! Only 15 walk from the capital Fira! And buses cost 2 euros and get you from this area to fira in 4 minutes! Staff were so friendly. Reception staff: Bana and Maria, and all restaurant staff were super polite, friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The owners often hangs around the lounge area and greets guests. I requested to reception last min for a surprise decor in our room for when we returned at night on my husbands birthday. And the staff went out of their way and did lovely little decor, along with cute cake slice and balloons. Once we had hot water issue and when we called reception, they got someone to check it straight away and fixed it within minutes. The service is so fast and great.

The hotel is clean and new, the breakfast rich of fresh ingredients but what makes the difference is the staff, those people are absolutely gorgeous, they know how to deal with hosts, angels on heart!!! Maria at the reception il gave us so many recommendations, she made our trip marvellous, she is a great professional which combines work and put herself in everything she does, thank you Maria, you are the best! ❤️

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights and it was probably our favourite stay during our whole 12 day holiday. The room was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The swimming pool area was stunning as well. The manager Mary was amazing! She was so helpful from the beginning of our stay till end. She went above and beyond for us staying in contact with us everyday making sure we were having a great stay.
