We loved it here! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. There were daily activities to participate in and the facilities were awesome. We will definitely come back here again :)

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience. It’s safe to say, we've made a new friend in each other. Again, thank you so much for everything and daghang salamat, Khun Oy!!
PS. She’s also a Miss Universe fan.

The swimming pool at the resort was amazing. The biggest I've ever been in and not crowded at all.
The beach had quite dumpy waves that were unsafe for swimming with the 4&6 years old kids we had. The pool was much safer

Mai Khao is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful beaches and clear waters. It is a very quiet area but just what our family needed after the hustle and bustle of the Patong Beach area. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 3 nights.

The only part of the beach that was crowded was the beach near the airport. Otherwise, it was a nice and quiet beach. You can walk a long way on it. It doesn't have white, soft sand but the water was clear and there were no jelly fish.

I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2019.
I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2019. Although some parts of the exterior are looking a little bit like a lick of paint and a clean up would help, overall I am very impressed with the stay here. Great room, great staff and fantastic pools to enjoy…
The local beach suffers a bit from washed up plastic and wooden waste, but it’s a great place to enjoy nonetheless.

Massive rooms with nice semi private pool and easy access to main pool. Rooms were well appointed wit large beds, great showers and a bathtub with a view (you’ll need to have the blinds closed before getting in though). They even offered bicycles for getting around the resort and local area.

Perfect location for 1-2 nights to be near Phuket airport.
Perfect location for 1-2 nights to be near Phuket airport. Staff very friendly.
Easy access to local restaurants.
Rooms well furnished and very clean.
Just not ‘pretty’ from outside as large brown block of rooms.
The hotel has direct access to the beach and it's actually making a difference compared to other places around Phuket !
The beach club food was really good, with both local and western options ! The service is excellent and the stuff was always caring about our confort and needs !
It is also closer to the airport than many so It made our transfers much easier...
This is the best place to stay if you're not planning to travel all around the island !
I was choose Phuket beach for my holiday.
Fortunatly, i stay in cottage-air ( bamboo hut) at at Micky monkey beach. It's just great to have a small local stye bamboo hut feel like my own house- comfortable and private.
When the evening comes, the sunset at the beach is right in front of me. At that time, i ordered a glass of magarita then, a local bar-boy here told me 150 bath Wow- i paid only a half price of Bangkok.
Amazing brand new hotel in quite part of Phuket.
Very stylish and minimalistic design. Perfectly manicured gardens. Our room was huge and had a wonderful terrace with hot tub.
The beach is quite secluded and unspoiled and has an amazing sunset.
The restaurant had some of the best non-Thai food we had in Thailand (Mediterranean style). The cocktail bar was excellent, as was the pool.
Wayla villa is a hidden gem in Phuket. not far from the airport but far enough for peace and a real slice of Thailand. A family run hotel who go out of their way to help you have the best time possible.
fantastic food, lovely swimming pool and minutes from a beautiful beach. we normally stay in 5 star hotels but you would never get the service we received here. HIGHLY recommend!!
Awesome fun place, pool surrounds the whole thing, hydro slide is fun, nice room on the whole! Restaurant was good. Very yummy breakfast!
The beach is really nice!!
Its a very chill place in Thailand, not much to do compared to south Phuket, good place to unwind.
Staff responsive to any issues we had.
Amazing location and privacy. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy. The nearby beach of the JW Marriott.
Nice activity within the Hotel.
We are pleased with welcoming and surprise for our Anniversary.
Our suite with the pool is stunning.
Staffs were amazing and keen to help all the time.
I booked the hotel as it was close to the airport and the family was arriving on different flights so wanted somewhere close that we could meet . Although the property is to the airport you then have to put up with planes taking off and landing through the day and night .
It's a beautiful resort . The staff at the reservations and reception area were very helpful and went over and above the hotel duties with advice on getting the Thailand pass approvals as well as PSASresults which were delayed due IT system problems.
the staff is so polite and helpful. they clearly trained more than any other hotels in the area to be hospitable. you don’t see that kind of pampering even in a more expensive hotel like the Anantara.
The staff were nice and tried their best.
The beach however is very calm and peaceful. The bikes from the hotel are a nice touch to get around as you are not close to anything.
Rooms were good
property was clean and well maintained
many restaurants within the hotel so food options are endless
beach is well maintained and location is near 7 eleven, pharmacy and restaurants
The property is beautiful and well kept. Staff were friendly and professional. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty nice! Food at the Thai restaurant was nice
