A very late arrival and a fully booked hotel meant getting a room that was disappointing and did not live up to the online photos. On requesting a change, the manager was very understanding, helpful and accommodating. We were moved the following day to a large, beautiful suite which represented an upgrade in every sense. The 'new' room exceeded any pre-arrival expectation. The level of service throughout the stay from all - management, desk, concierge, dining room, pool area - was excellent. Casual discussions with other guests confirmed that they felt the same.

Everything was perfect. The hotel had the perfect relax/good enviroment that we were looking for and Mykonos portrays. We loved the house music at the pool area with a live DJ, we loved the great staff like Ana María at breakfast and dinner and Alicia serving us at the pool area. The food was AMAZING. At first i thought it was overpriced, because it is a bit expensive to eat at the hotel, but we loved everything we tried and found it much superior to other restaurants in platis Gailos. Just to add, Platis Galios must be the best beach at Mykonos, since it is beautiful and has good transport conexions to Mykonos town and other beaches.

What a delightful place to stay! it is literally 60 seconds away from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, with clear waters and no waves. It is owned and operated by a family who built it in the 1930s (now being run by the 3rd generation 2-brothers-and-1-sister team. The wonderful outdoor on-premise restaurant was delicious, and of course the room itself was comfortable and very clean (water pressure in the shower was powerful!). Plus it is 400 meters away from Scorpios club!
